Sheluxhair provides FREE SHIPPING for lots of countries such as United States, Canada, Europe. If you not sure whether we ship to your country, please email us to service@sheluxhair.com
Processing Time
Some of our wigs' processing time is within 2 working days. Processing time of other items or some options, please refer to the custom days on the product page.
Expedited Shipping
We usually ship by USPS, DHL, FedEx with expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is about 3 - 5 working days.
Po.Box & Military Base
Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical address for your order.
Customs &Taxes
Orders shipped may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. Orders shipped to countries out of the United States will be declared as “Synthetic Hair” with a very lower value to help avoid taxes. Orders shipped to certain areas of the United States may have taxes or duties with a random inspection. Customs may require you to provide SSN and EIN. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service. Please do not directly reject or return. Any charges incurred for rejection or return shall be by customers.

Sign for Delivery
It is strongly recommended for you to Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard and any places else.
Multiple Items
Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number to you by email respectively.
Tracking Number
We send tracking numbers by email within 24-48 hours after your order is shipped out.
